We're on the main road in Playa Potrero, next to the main strip in Surfside. Just turn on Calle Mariposa, and you're there!
It's 5 minutes from Playa Flamingo and 30 minutes from Tamarindo, so stop on by if you're in Guanacaste!

Is CrossFit for me?The short answer? Yes. The long answer? Yeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssss. CrossFit was founded to be the ultimate workout, combining strength, cardiovascular fitness, skill, and mobility training that you can take into any other sport or physical activity. CrossFit and Fit are also designed to be completely scalable to YOU. No matter your skill level, fitness level, or personal challenges, our coaches can find a way to make the workout work.

I've never done CrossFit before. How should I start?Easy -- just come to a class! We train the key movements in each workout before you put the weights on, and every workout can be scaled to your ability and comfort level. So whether you're a first timer or an experienced athlete and lifter transitioning to the sport, you'll be able to join the team and do WODs from day 1!

I don’t want to be super competitive and intense, I just want a good workout. Should I still come?Absolutely. While it’s true that many CrossFitters enjoy the competitive aspects of CrossFit (like the CrossFit Open and CrossFit Games), each session can be customized for anyone at any level and any intensity. No one leaves the floor as a loser — you’ve already won just by showing up to class!

Is CrossFit dangerous? Should I be worried about getting hurt?Like all sports, CrossFit does involve some risk of injury. However, that risk is directly related to the amount of weight you lift, and we’ll work with you to make sure you only exercise with weights your body and your technique can handle.

What's the difference between Fit and CrossFit?All of our classes train functional fitness -- a blend of strength, cardio, skill, and mobility. The only difference is the equipment! Fit classes focus on the use of kettlebells, dumbbells, rowing/biking machines, and bodyweight exercises. Meanwhile CrossFit classes include all of the above, and add barbell work as well as gymnastics/rig work.

What if I just want to come work out without joining a class?You can do that too! With any CrossFit membership, as well as our Open Gym membership, you can use available equipment and space whenever the gym is open (listed on the schedule). However, priority for equipment and space is given to participants in classes. (Plus they're just a ton of fun!)
